Howard served Christ for 37+ years at the Moody Bible Institute retiring as Sr. VP, Dean of Education (Provost). He has served and chaired numerous church and para-church boards with ministries in the USA and overseas. Residing in Colorado, he and his wife Lorraine have four children and ten grandchildren.

Brian McAlpine, Treasurer
Brian (BSEE, MSEE and MBA) has spent the last 21 years in positions of finance, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit and insurance. Most recent titles include SVP Finance, CFO and VP Financial Planning and Analysis. Brian is currently working on a CPA certification. He served on the finance commission at Forest Hill Church, is a certificed Money Map Coach (Crown) and Crown instructor.
Lisa McKenzie, Secretary
Lisa has over fifteen years of contract negotiation experience, starting with Naval Sea Systems Command on the Nuclear Aircraft Carrier program and now with Cisco Systems Inc. She has a passion for missions and ardently supports the work God is doing around the world. Lisa is married to Ken and the couple live in Atlanta, Georgia.

Shari has served as deacon, co-leader/editor of TLC Ministries and Home Group Leader. She has also served in worship ministry and Caring Threads. Married for 28 years to Brian McAlpine, Shari homeschooled son Ian for seven years.
Dr. Douglas Geivett
Doug (Ph.D) is Professor of Philosophy in the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University. He is the author and editor of several books, a frequent speaker with national and international experience, and has served in an advisory capacity with several prominent Christian organizations.

Eugene has worked for Ochsner International for over thirty years, a company that imports and distributes high-end bicycle components throughout the USA. He has been involved in the "CARS" ministry at Willow Creek Community Church for over fifteen years. Eugene attends Chain of Lakes Community Bible Church and lives in Wauconda, IL.

Alex McLellan, Executive Director
Alex completed his BA degree in Communications from Moody Bible Insitute and his MA in Philosophy of Religion from Talbot School of Theology. In 2005 he launched Reason Why in Scotland, and in 2011 his family relocated to the States to establish Reason Why International, extending the reach of the ministry around the world. Alex's forthcoming book A Jigsaw Guide to Making Sense of the World will be published by IVP. He is married to Sheryl and they have three children and live in San Diego, California.
